As a survivor of many chronic, personal, and systemic traumas, a CiPP-3 (Certificate in Positive Psychology) alumna, and LYYD (Let Your Yoga Dance) certified instructor, Gwendolyn joins an authentic salon to share her journey of hope, forgiveness, and passion through an embodied dialogue. Megha is one of Gwendolyn’s mentors for embodiment and joy alongside thousands worldwide. What a privilege to be earnestly and wholeheartedly work for collective healing and justice through joy, empathy, and compassion.
